The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No.6164 of 2008, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 22.11.2011. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C.No.6164 of 2008 be restored to its original file. It is clarified that if the order dated 22.11.2011 passed in C.W.J.C.No.6164 of 2008 is not complied within four weeks from today, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C.No.6164 of 2008 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
