JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier twice rejected by order dated 30.03.2016 and 29.06.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 4813 of 2016 and 25533 of 2016 respectively, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 03.08.2015, in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded and up till now no prosecution witness has been examined.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Ekma

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19565 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 pending in the court of Ist Class Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner, if at no fault, may renew his prayer for bail.
