Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nautan P.S. Case No.17 of 2019, registered under Sections 447, 341, 385, 387, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Marshal Binsent has entrusted his land of Khata No.716, Plot No.8096, Area 4.86 acres to the informant to look after the land but the petitioners and others illegally constructed house thereon and petitioners and others were demanding extortion to vacate the land.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

No.50627 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 informant took money from the petitioners for their settlement on the land but the informant did not get the land transferred in the name of the petitioners and lodged this false case. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners have already constructed their house on the land with consent of the informant, let petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.17 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
