JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 22.06.2010 contained in Memo No. 160 dated 23.06.2010, passed in Appeal No. 1615/2009 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nalanda (Bihar Sharif). Permission is accorded.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13964 of 2010 (14) dt.03-08-2017 2/2 The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment passed in C.W.J.C.No. 10570 of 2010 (Pramod Kumar & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) dated 22.06.2015. The State Appellate Authority shall also examine the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
