JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing opposite party nos.2 to 5. Show-cause as well as supplementary show-cause are on record since before. From Para-5 of the show-cause, it is evident that opposite party nos.2 to 5 have detailed the mode of payment having made in favour of petitioner. Regarding the residuary demand, as is evident from Annexure-A of supplementary show-cause, the same has been deferred on account of pendency of Vigilance Case No.79 of 2006 as well as a departmental proceeding.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner intends to challenge Annexure-A, which he may. With regard to pendency of instant M.J.C. petition, that has lost its utility and on account thereof, is hereby dropped.
