The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,302,307,504 and 506 of the IPC.

The petitioner's earlier bail application was disposed of by a bench of this court vide order dated 4.11.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16057 of 2013. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that during trial of coaccused, witnesses have not named this petitioner. There is counter version of the occurrence also. It is further submitted that the injury of petitioner side has not been explained by the prosecution side.

Earlier, keeping in view all the contentions, the petitioner was not grant anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6587 of 2018(2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 Since the petitioner has still not appeared and is not appearing in trial, this Court is not inclined to revise the earlier order after five years of earlier rejection.

This application, is accordingly, dismissed.
