2. The present application has been filed for directing the respondent no. 05 to recover the Truck bearing Reg. No. BR06GD-1717 from Respondent No. 7 namely Jay Shankar Kumar and hand over the said truck to the petitioner who is bonafide owner of the said truck.

3. In my opinion, this writ application is not maintainable.
