The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 676 of 2017, registered under Sections 30 (a), 30(d), 47 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a housewife and she has nothing to do with the recovery of 5 litres of country made liquor made of mahua from her house. The husband and other family members of the petitioner are also residing in the same house but only the petitioner Munia Devi is made accused on recovery of 5 litre country made liquor.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4973 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise), Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S.
