JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 Petitioner has filed the present application for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate final derision with regard to recognition of managing committee and governing body of the M.R. Janta College Lakhnipur, Maheshpatti, P.S.-Ujiarpur, District-Samastipur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 22.4.2019 relevant document was submitted by the Incharge Principal of the college in question for approval and recognition of managing committee and governing body of M.R. Janta

Patna High Court CWJC No.16550 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 College and the same is pending before the Bihar School Examination Board.

Without going to the merit of the writ application, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to take final decision with regard to claim of the petitioner for grant of recognition of governing body and managing committee of the college in question at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
