13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 23.

The petitioner has approached this Court against a notice, which was issued in the year 2013 in the matter of fixation of some rent. A plea has been taken that unauthorisedly rent has been enhanced.

The Court is of the opinion that such dispute cannot be examined directly while exercising writ jurisdiction. If so advised, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy. The writ petition stands disposed of.
