In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 for offence under Sections 341, 323, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made in the First Information Report that the Informant had gone to discharge his official duty but, the petitioners have misbehaved with him and did not allow him to perform the official duty.
This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26702 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 petitioners, namely, Jai Ram Singh, Santosh Rai @ Santosh Kumar Roy and Rajiv Kumar Sah @ Rajiv Sah is rejected. However, if the petitioners would surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and make a prayer for regular bail, the court below shall consider the prayer for bail and will pass orders in accordance with law on the day of surrender itself.
