The petitioner is in custody in connection with Imamganj P.S.Case No.86 of 2015 registered for an offence under Sections 306 and 201 of the IPC.

The informant in his fardbeyan has alleged that his daughter was married with this petitioner for about 13 years ago and she was blessed with two children who are aged about 12 years. He further submits that some altercation took place between his daughter and this petitioner and out of annoyance she along with a child in her lap committed suicide by jumping into the well. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim was a short tempered lady and in absence of this petitioner, she went

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8932 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 from the home and on the following morning, the dead body was recovered from the well. The child of this petitioner informed the informant and narrated the same fact whereupon the FIR has been lodged. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2016. However, learned APP opposed the submissions. Considering the nature of allegation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S.Case No.86 of 2015.
