The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahial P.S.Case no.25 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that daughter of the informant was engaged with the son of the petitioner and in the engagement, he spent Rs.01 lac for decoration and fooding etc. and later on accused persons started demanding Rs.06 lac, one motorcycle and 1 1⁄2 bhar gold due to that the married could not be solemnized.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to the dispute the marriage could not be solemnized and now the informant has married his daughter with another person.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order along with the bank draft of Rs.01 lac payable to the informant and once the same is deposited, the learned trial court shall release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction with condition that both the parties will try for settlement of the matter.
