1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Civil Lines P. S. Case No.41 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned A.P.P., at the outset, submits that the case is of the Year 2019 and the petitioner has approached this Court in the Year 2025, when his anticipatory bail application twice was rejected by the learned District Court in the Year 2019 and petitioner carries antecedent of three cases which amply demonstrates that petitioner is moving at his leisure.

4. On query of the Court with regard to the stage of the case, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54446 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 petitioner submits that investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.

5. The Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner for the reason that petitioner at his leisure moved before this Court seeking anticipatory bail and also taking into consideration the facts that he has antecedent of three cases.

6. The prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
