Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of other named accused persons. From possession of this petitioner only a mobile phone was recovered.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Darbhanga/Successor Court, in connection with G.O. Case No.14

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12670 of 2017 (3) dt.28-03-2017 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Courtbelow shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bailbonds of the petitioner in this case.
