JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 for the offence under sections 467, 468, 480 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 138 of the N.I. Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not criminal antecedent. He submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused namely, Naresh Prasad Verma and Stuti Siromani have been granted anticipatory bail by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 42597 of 2015 vide order dated 3.12.2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 14523 of 2015 vide order dated 9.4.2015 on the ground of parity, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13684 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Umesh Pd. J.M.,1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
