Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Akbarnagar P.S. case no. 34/2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the written report there is allegation that this petitioner along with co-accused Pankaj Yadav and Rajiv Yadav fired on the father of the informant on account of which he died. The allegation against Pankaj Yadav is that he fired on the father of the informant on the chest and this petitioner fired on head of the father of the informant causing injury on his left Kanpatti and Rajiv Yadav fired causing injury in left thigh of the father

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18086 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 of the informant. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
