The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14880 of 2015, by which the Opposite Party No.2 was granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015.

It is prayed on behalf of the petitioner that the Opposite Party No.2 was directed to deposit Rs. 5000/- per month but the he is not complying with the order passed by this court and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19301 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 intentionally harass the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, this modification application is not maintainable and accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable. (Sudhir Singh, J) Amit/- U T
