JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petitioner is non-grant of Senior Selection Grade. The petitioner has superannuated on 31st August, 2010 and his grievance is that many persons junior to the petitioner have been granted Senior Selection Grade but the petitioner has been discriminated in the matter of grant of Senior Selection Grade.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.16142 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur by filing exhaustive representation enclosing all the relevant information and documents to demonstrate the discrimination. In the event of filing of the representation, the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur shall pass reasoned and speaking order and if it is found that the persons junior to the petitioner have been granted benefit of Senior Selection Grade, then the same shall also be granted to the petitioner. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order . With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
