Considering the fact that the temple, in question, which forms subject matter of this writ petition, made under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the form of Public Interest Litigation, is, admittedly, under the Hindu Religious Trust Board and, therefore, it is the primary duty of the Hindu Religious Trust Board to look after the maintenance of the temple and to make the temple free from encroachment.
In view of the above, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to take recourse to appropriate provisions of law including making of representation
Patna High Court CWJC No.19120 of 2015 (5) dt.05-05-2016 to the Hindu Religious Trust Board.
To the submissions so made, no objection has been raised on behalf of the respondents.
