This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 447, 504, 323, 354, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of opposite party no. 2. This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

The supplementary affidavit would reveal that the petitioner is regularly paying the maintenance amount to opposite party no. 2 in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16419 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, or successor Court.
