1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,307,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
4. As per the FIR, the allegation upon the petitioner is that he fired upon the informant but the bullet did not hit the informant.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault. Though the petitioner is alleged to have fired but no one sustained any firearm injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54364 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as above submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Sultanganj P.S Case No. 655 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
