2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 117(2), 109, 74, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that on a petty dispute, these petitioners assaulted son and wife of informant with iron rod, snatched cash and also misbehaved with informant's wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant are own Gotiyas and due to admitted land dispute, quarrel took place between the parties, in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Allegation is general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - V, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 215 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
