1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was inducted as a tenant by respondent no. 6 for a period of eleven years, starting from 2017. The petitioner stared running coaching institute and made necessary construction in the tenanted premises, but suddenly, he was thrown out of the tenanted premises by respondent no. 6 and all his valuables and articles have

He next submits that the respondent no. 6 is also threatening the petitioner for life. The petitioner has filed a detailed written report before the Kadamkuan Police Station and has also sent the same through Whatsapp for registration of the First Information Report, but no step has been taken by the police.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed by the State stating therein that no such written report has been submitted by the petitioner.

4. In view of the statement made in the counter affidavit filed by the State, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh written report before the Station House Officer, Kadamkuan Police Station, within a period of fifteen days from today, along with copy of the same to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna.

5. If such a written report is submitted by the petitioner, the Station House Officer, Kadamkuan Police Station, is directed to take necessary steps on the basis of the statement made in the written report in accordance with law.
