ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-02-2015 The Petitioner has sought that his name be recommended since he was declared successful in preliminary examination as well as mains examination held by the Bihar Public Service Commission. The Petitioner submits that he was declared successful but on account of certain disparity found in his testimonials he was show caused to which he replied and the authorities being satisfied quashed the decision of setting aside his candidature. Subsequently, he was again show caused and the matter travelled up to the Commission.

It appears while this writ petition was pending, the Commission considered the issue involved and set aside the candidature of the Petitioner. He was also noticed in this regard.

The application is dismissed.
