2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 504, 506, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence while the informant was returning to his house all the F.I.R named accused persons including this petitioner abused and assaulted the informant and indiscriminately fired upon him in which he sustained gun shot injury.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no medical report on record to corroborate the allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54656 of 2023(2) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 against this petitioner. Petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the prosecution.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner and submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature .

6. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and circumstances of the case, prayer for pre-arrest is rejected.
