2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant along with other police party reached the place of occurrence. Seeing the police party, the petitioner, who was on motorcycle, started fleeing away but was apprehended. On search, 30 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from his motorcycle.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61692 of 2024(2) dt.05-09-2024 2/2 submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that he has no concern with the alleged recovered liquor and he is under custody since 27.06.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond after one month from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, (Excise)-02, Samastipur in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
