ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on wrong submission that he had fair antecedent. Since the informant disclosed this fact he has filed fresh application for anticipatory bail which is evidently not maintainable and hence the application stands dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps against him.
