Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case no.38 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47A of the Excise Act, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to village politics, petitioners have been victimized. It has been argued that in the F.I.R. it was shown that some country-made Mahua liquor was recovered, but fact remains that the petitioners, at the time of occurrence, were not present. Keeping in view the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, namely, ( i) Mahendra Manjhi ( ii) Ajay Manjhi, in the

IIIrd, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case no.38 of 2016, subject to condition as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
