The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Prevention Act, 2016.

It is alleged total 16.5 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 17.12.2016. It is mentioned in para-3 of bail petition that petitioner has clean antecedent. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
