JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2024 The present petition has been been filed seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.416/2021, arising out of Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.143 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 08.12.2023, a report dated 13.12.2023 has been sent by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Siwan, wherein it has been stated that only one prosecution witness is remaining to be examined, nonetheless it is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that now all the witnesses have been examined and the case records have been fixed for

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the learned Trial Court itself, in case the trial is not concluded, within a period of six months from today. Liberty so sought is granted.

The aforesaid two petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
