JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 At the out set learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner Satish Kumar Singh has submitted that he has instructions from the petitioner not to press this application and therefore, he would like to withdraw this application. The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner in this case is being sought to be explained by the petitioners of three other cases, namely, C.W.J.C.No. 2724/2013, C.W.J.C.No. 20592/2013 and C.W.J.C.No. 17106/2013, stating that it was his brother Mithilesh Kumar Singh, who had managed

Patna High Court CWJC No.2434 of 2013 (9) dt.26-08-2015 to get the appointment of the petitioner made as Panchayat Teacher which ultimately came to be cancelled. It has also been explained that the whole issue in this writ application including those three cases in fact revolves around the allegation of making forgery in the order sheet of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj in relation to two cases, namely, Case No. 12/2011 and Case No. 78/2012 and the vigilance police under a direction of this Court has not only investigated but submitted a charge sheet and the case is now pending before the Special Judge (Vigilance), North Bihar, Muzaffarpur being Special Case No. 39/2014.

In that view of the matter, the prayer for withdrawal of the writ application filed by the petitioner Satish Kumar Singh is allowed by making it clear that he will now have no liberty to move this Court for anything relating to the issue involved in this writ application.
