04. 02.09.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, notices have been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 02.08.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 813-C of 2012 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. However, a sum of Rs. 750/- shall be increased to Rs. 1,000/- per month to be paid in favour of the Informant by the Petitioner.
