2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2017 in connection with Misc. (Excise) Case No. 26 of 2017 of Pipra P.S. for the alleged offences under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event even according to the FIR the thrust of accusation is against petitioner's son. The petitioner is a lady claiming clean antecedents.
4. Be that as it may, having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody since 11.03.2017 already suffered, let the petitioner above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18020 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Misc.
