In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 363, 366, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation made in the First Information, the daughter-in-law of the Informant was found traceless and she could know that some of the persons of the same village (mentioned in the First Information Report) are behind to takeaway her daughter-in-law.
The statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. shows that while she was coming to the house, two persons,

No.17134 of 2018(3) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 namely, Chandan Mahto and Raushan Kumar put hand in her mouth and took her to the forest and from there they have taken her to Surat and, whereafter, she was brought to Old Delhi Railway Station and they dropped her and she contacted to her father.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Chandan Mahato and Raushan Kumar, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
