Versus
1. The State of Bihar.
2. Manjusha Kumari W/o Vishal Kumar @ Ram Babu Rai D/o Laxman Rai resident of Block Colony Dighi P.S. - Sadar Hospital, District - Vaishali. .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Arvind Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. C.Jawahar(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.
The matter was adjourned so that the petitioner may consider the question of one time settlement with the opposite party no. 2, as there is no scope of reconciliation between the parties. The offer with which the petitioner has come up before this Court is not accepted by the opposite party no.2 as it is a paltry amount and she feels that the petitioner is not entitled to any relief having prejudiced her in a life time. Despite interaction with the petitioner today, it appears that he is not willing to meet the expectations of opposite party no. 2 for one time settlement as per the offer made by her.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15962 of 2015 (10) dt.14-12-2015 In view of such facts and circumstances, this court feels that it would be best and in the interest of justice that the order passed in favour of the petitioner for interim protection be withdrawn. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
