Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54832 of 2023(2) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 of 2020 and 177 of 2020 and all consequential proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIRs including the order dated 12.07.2020 and 16.11.2021 passed by the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad are hereby quashed in the interest of justice.
