The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 21.11.2012 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, IVth, Rohtas at Sasaram in Criminal Revision No. 308 of 2012 set aside the order of cognizance dated 30.5.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sasaram, in Complaint Case No. 1422 of 2009, Trial No. 1584 of 2009.

Having gone through the revisional order, I do not find any reason for interference in the same, the application stands dismissed.
