The petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 471/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act, 2016.

42 bottles each containing 300 m.l. of Nepali Saufi was recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 21.11.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that 12.6 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner, for that the petitioner is in jail for about three months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
