ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 28.6.2013 passed by the Adhoc Additional District & Sessions Judge 3rd, Bettiah, West Champaran in Criminal Appeal No.16 of 2003, by which he has acquitted the private Opposite Parties in connection with Trial No.558 of 2013 arising out of G.R. No.781 of 2004. Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any irregularity or perversity in the same. Hence, the application stands dismissed.
