2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Parties vide order dated 02.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30435/2016 arising out of Complaint Case No. 44C of 2016, registered under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties were directed to appear on each and every date in the court below, but they are not appearing on each and every

4. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the court below, by filing an appropriate application on the aforesaid ground.

5. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the court below and if the court below finds the aforesaid contention of the petitioner to be true, then the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled forthwith in accordance with law.
