In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1954 (C) of 2014/ Trial No. 1007 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 323, 420, 406 and 504/34 of the I.P.C and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that as per terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties before the learned Mediator the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2669 of 2017 (7) dt.23-06-2017 2/2 now there is no dispute between the parties and as such the petitioners may be granted privilege of pre-arrest bail to which the opposite party no.2 has got no objection.
Under the circumstances, the petitioners, in case of their arrest or surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. J.M. 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with above mentioned case, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
