Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No.154 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506, 452 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the informant Rehana Khatoon was going to purchase biscuit from kirana shop, the petitioner nos.1 and 2 started teasing her. The other co-accused instigated the petitioner no.1 to outrage her modesty.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15316 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 It has been submitted that there is bonafide land dispute between the father of the informant and the petitioner no.3 for which two title suits are going on between them. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the likewise amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No.154 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
