Petitioners are named but from perusal of the first information report itself, it is obvious that petitioner no. 1 was candidate in the examination whereas no specific allegation has been levelled against petitioner no. 2.

The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that even if the prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, petitioners are themselves victim of the present crime and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several coaccused including co-accused, Chandan Kumar Rai have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56856 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 366 of 2015.
