Divisional Manager (PLI, Patna to the Assistant Director (LC), Chief Postmaster General, Patna wherein it has been mentioned that representation of the petitioner (Vikash Kumar) has been reexamined by the competent authority and admitted the claim. Learned counsel for the Union of India submits that in such view of the matter, grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and in such view of the matter, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
