Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

38 bottles of liquor was allegedly recovered from the dilapidated house of the petitioner beside his shop. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Bhagalpur/Successor Court, in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No.135 of 2016, with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13290 of 2017 (3) dt.08-05-2017 condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
