The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Darauda P.S. Case No. 91/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. Earlier a case under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code was registered for torture of the deceased and now the deceased has been killed by the accused persons. There is specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against this petitioner.
