ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2.

The opposite party No. 2 is present in Court today along with a baby girl. However, the petitioner has failed to appear and he has also not honoured his earlier commitment to pay the petitioner rupees two thousand per month for her sustenance. Today also, a prayer has been made on his behalf for an adjournment. The Court takes serious note of the conduct of the petitioner. It appears that he is absolutely unrepentant and his submission that he will keep the girl with all honour and dignity is nothing, but an eye-wash.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21598 of 2015 (8) dt.17-08-2016 Having heard the parties and on consideration of all facts and circumstances including the past conduct of the petitioner, the order dated 23.09.2015 granting interim protection in connection with Complaint Case No. 669 of 2014 stands withdrawn. Prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
