The petitioner seeks bail in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 643 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

From possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol with a live cartridge of .315 bore were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 04.11.2015. The petitioner, of course, has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in three other cases but he is in jail for more than one year and five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 643 of 2015.
