It has specifically been mentioned in the show cause that the lis pending before the Conciliation Officer-cumJoint Labour Commissioner, Patna has already been disposed of and the order of this Court has been complied with.

Patna High Court MJC No.926 of 2015 (3) dt.20-04-2016 Although, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Conciliation Officer-cum-Joint Labour Commissioner, Patna has not passed order in accordance with law but, in my view, this is not the subject matter of this contempt petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Conciliation Officer-cum-Joint Labour Commissioner, Patna, he may take steps to challenge the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, this contempt application stands dismissed.
